The following is a list of Notts Wildlife Trust Reserves in or adjacent to Rushcliffe. In the right hand panel you will find other local reserves.

Bunny Wood. - a piece of Ancient Woodland recovering from the ravages of Dutch Elm disease.

Brecks Plantation - woodland in Clifton Estate.

Fairham Brook - river and grassland in Clifton Estate.

Farndon Willow Holt - willow carr.

Glapton Wood - woodland in Clifton Estate.

Skylarks, near Holme Pierrepont - a combination of lake, woodland and grassland.

Staunton Quarry - a combination of ponds and calcareous grassland near Newark.

Wilford Claypits SSSI, Compton Acres - combining ponds and species rich grassland incl orchids.

Wilwell Farm Cutting - a 20 acre SSSI on the edge of West Bridgford noted for wildflowers
