South Notts Talks Venue: West Bridgford Methodist Church
The South Notts Group of the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust runs a winter talks programme each year. There is one talk per month, usually on the evening of the first Thursday, from October to April. The last talk of the season follows the Group’s brief Annual General Meeting. Talk topics cover a wide variety of wildlife related issues.
Talks will be held:
- On Thursdays at 7.30pm
- At the West Bridgford Methodist Church hall, which is by the junction of Patrick Road with Musters Road (Trent Bridge end), West Bridgford (see map below)
- Admission – Adults: £2.50 / Children: free (fee includes refreshments at interval)
- Admission to the AGM and talk is free
There are good bus services into West Bridgford from many parts of Rushcliffe and Nottingham.
If you need to travel to meetings by car, then there is usually ample on-street parking in the area around the church. Please take care not to block or restrict the driveways and forecourts of local residents.
