Organised by the South Notts Local Group on behalf of Notts Wildlife Trust in memory of stalwart wildlife enthusiast Dennis Heffernan we received some 120 entries from across the county, in three categories – Living Landscape, Splendid Species and Young Photographer.

The photos were judged by Marian Heffernan, Jack Perks (wildlife photographer), Erin McDiad (Notts Wildlife Trust) and Gordon Dyne (SNG) and the winners will be announced at the Notts Wildlife Trust AGM at Holme Pierrepont on Saturday 20th Oct.

The winning photographs will be displayed at Attenboirough Nature Centre and SNG will will also publish them on our web site hear after the AGM.
